Cancellation & Refund Policy

No cancellations & refunds are entertained once a plan has been purchased. Every new laboratory gets a 7-day free trial to evaluate Qbitlabs before paying.

Cancellation

Plans do not renew automatically. If you choose not to continue, simply do not renew; your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for.

Failed or duplicate payments

If money was debited more than once for the same purchase, or debited without your plan being activated, write to adityakalmekh@qibitlabs.com within 30 days with the payment date, amount and transaction reference. Verified amounts are returned to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.
